Room Deposit and Payment

1st Deposit: To hold your room, we'll need a deposit of $150 per Room

2nd Deposit: 50% per Room due by July 24, 2025

Final payment: Balance due by September 23, 2025

Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation before July 24, 2025.

If the reservation is cancelled between July 25, 2025 and September 23, 2025, the 1st and 2nd deposit are non-refundable. If travel insurance was purchased, you may file a claim to request a refund based on the insurance provider's terms/conditions.

If the reservation is canceled after September 23, 2025, 100% of the booking total is non-refundable. If travel insurance was purchased, you may file a claim to request a refund based on the insurance provider's terms/conditions.
